Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or until it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Please contact hello@glamz.com for cancellation requests.

Returns: We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear or accessories may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
